Otherwise it doesn't make a lot of sense, and GW US, and Canada, etc, will be all, WTF? We do allow them...
They can still be used in Canada. To my knowledge, they have never issued such "guarantees" as you put it, for any army...

The UK has officially removed the Ravening Hordes List (the last remaining RH List that needs a new Army Book) from the list of official lists allowed for Grand Tournaments. This is not fair to us, the paying customer. Demand that the UK overturn this decision! For Great Justice.
