The guy has probably converted them himself or has just listed them as chaos dwarfs to get erxtra interest as people wont be able to tell what they are as the pic is bad quality and coupled with the black undercoat is impossible to make out any defining features.

its very annoying, in the 3rd edition book they have berzerkers listed under chaos dwarfs , ho hum

It's almost impossible to see any definition, they could be Evil Dwarfs from another miniature line.

They look like Chronopia Miniatures to me, but I could be wrong.
