This one gave me a chuckle...
Wheres the Kraken ?funny i think i should be emperor as my name is Salmon its my birthright

A kraken is a giant squid, something that would be hard to picture on land maybe?
Its taking a huge leap of the imagination to take seahorses and stingrays out of the ocean (and effectively make them fly). So there are issues of course fluff wise.
I did come up with other ideas:
Sea Bird riders (seagulls)
A living warmachine that hurled flesh eating barnacles..
Netters (Fishmen with nets, maybe the scouting ones above)
Have you think in conversions for fishmen?
What kind of background are you thinking in?
You left out:
Core
Deep Ones
Special Characters
Great Cthulhu
Father Dagon
Mother Hydra
And of course the special R'lyeh terrain set to be released later (warning: difficult geometry, master set only)
What about the Hammerhead Hammerers?
What about the Hammerhead Hammerers?
Are they a Regiment of Renown or a football team?
Guppies that count as Nurglings...
Gaaaa-wheeeeeeeeeee!
*squid splats onto Empire soldier*
[German Accent:] "Oh dear, von schquid hast goot und face-AAAAAGH SCHQUID BITINGK HARD AUUUGH EATINGK FACE NOOOO!" *die*
What about a levathian with the rules for a dragon but not fly
breath attack, boiling hot water?
Flying salmon that spit fire.
Can anyone think of some CA rules for these guys. Maybe wood elves, but move through water rather than woods...
You people are all weird.
I'd simply use the rules of the lizardmen army. My idea for the aquatic lizardmen army went into this direction:
- Lord: a slann mage priest with the head converted into a Cthulhu-lookalike
- Hero: mermaid scorceress
- Standard: lizardmen converted into frogmen
- Elite:
"Naga" kroxigors (love the models from Warcraft)
- Rare: a giant turtle with howdah, to be used as Stegadon
- crustaceans instead of cold ones
The theme offers plenty of conversion opportunities: small clamshells as shields or armour, bases with "water effects" / swamp style, tridents as weapons etc...

Really nice stuff there! A shame indeed that GW does not take on Fishmen. The potential would be there, and many of the sculpts shown on that page could be made better.
We need a new CD list before a Fishmen list (or do we?)
Not my figures - actually a 15mm Hordes of Things army.
The Komodons from Dragonrune are some of my favourite Fishmen right now
