Chaos Dwarfs sorcerers experiment with machinery, genetics and with the dark forces of magic, they are constantly pushing boundaries and science and are superior to most races in the fields of mechanics and genetic engineering.
Creating The Perfect Race:
In the past the Chaos Dwarf sorcerers have been fixated on developing the perfect slave and over time they did. They created the perfect slave in the form of Blacks Orcs, however these slaves were too independent minded and revolved against their masters.
I think its safe to say that the chaos dwarfs strive for perfection, they see themselves as a superior race. In my opinion the Chaos Dwarf sorcerers might not be able to create the perfect slave; they may however be able to create the perfect Chaos Dwarf warrior by genetically altering him.
Bio-Mechanical Implants:
I also think that because Chaos Dwarfs have shown that they are able to develop sophisticated technology. I believe that over time high priests such as Astragoth could quite easily design troops that possess bio-mechanical implants. In many respects these bio-mechanical troops could have superior stats and armour than ordinary Chaos Dwarfs.
