sweeet i better hurry before they change there minds.
thanks gil
Actually what they are moving to is not new.

What they are moving to is Japanese "Just in time manufacturing" its not new Japanese companies really pioneered it in the 1970's. The Japanese auto industry brought this to unprecedented levels to break into  the US car market in a big way the 1980s.

The idea is rather then make a whole bunch of <insert product X here> and hope that it sells. Make <insert product X here> as the customer demands it. The idea is to reduce warehousing costs and overhead in the process. It also cuts down on supplies or the process as they are ordered as needed rather then stockpiling a massive quantities of raw materials that may or may not be needed.

A perfect recent example is this. Upon his return to Apple Steve Jobs audited everything in the company. One area that was egregious in waste was manufacturing. Apple would create tons of products of certain categories and less in others and often fail to meet the demand of the item people wanted.

Tim Cook was hired as the COO and he brought Apple's inventory level down from 70-72 days of unsold goods to 5 to 2 in somewhere around 1 1/2 years... This results in massive savings for the company. Thus as the dawn of 2000/2001 they were ready for the decade a much different company then they were even 5 years prior.

Now to draw the correlation: GW is in much different market then 10 years ago. Which makes sense. Stockpiling massive quantities of minis that may or may not be sold? Or make them as demand dictates? Not difficult to understand which tact they are taking

Heres a quick Google search with the top result discussing the idea:

iamahobgoblin actually has the best of intentions; execution of said idea is the issue. Unlike SWSNBN, she is apparently trying to put her kid(s) through college on our hard earned cash, to which I say (borrowing the English term) 'b*ll*cks'!

CDO unites linguistic cultures from around the world! You could try cockney rhyming slang next Wilhelm, such classics as trouble and strife = Wife and James Blunt = ...

Easy to figure out, jus' use yer loaf. ^_^

Over here that would translate to "Just use your melon".

Do you ave James Blunt in America Wilmark, or have you been spared that dubious pleasure?

The singer? No. About the only thing we get in terms of comedy or music  from the UK is Mr Bean (if you can call that comedy) or back when I was a kid Benny Hill. Other then that its just tons of crap pouring out of Hollywood, ugh!

Needless to say i. The areas I live in, the radio I listen to (when bothering to do so) doesn't acquaint me with any of those mentioned. Add to the fact that I have all the music I need on my iPhone.
Ha ha  thats funny .where all musicians in america.
