I would of thought back in 3rd edition they would of been one of the must haves for a chaos dwarf army because of their massive destructive potential. They could probably wipe out a whole unitof about 15 in one turn. Check out the rules i posted:

I dont actually think the boar centaur pushing the whirlwind is that good. It has a weird face that looks like it should have a cigar in the mouth. The tenderiser boar centaur is much better. Not much to say about the juggernaut boar centaur since i dont have one so i dont know how cool they are.

I think they're fine. People just need to remember that they're medium cav (like Orc Boar Riders or Saurus Cav) and not heavy Cav like Brettonians or Chaos Knights.
If they're used for what they're designed for then they're fine.

Nope, boar centaurs were beasts of burden, not particularly intellegent I'm guessing. The CDs simply harnessed theirm strength to push their war machines.

i beat him to it. im making black orc/boar centaurs, and the old boar boy boar bodies are perfectly fitted to the blorc torso. pictures soon to follow.

I've been using normal orc torsos on mine since the plastic Black Orcs weren't around when I started. Still haven't completed the whole unit!
I had thought of blorcs for my bull centaurs but my boar centaurs are gonna be something a bit special. And Wilmark, the scale's not gonna be small this time!
I was merely commenting on the original metal ones. If you do make them make sure they are more rough and feral looking then BCs

Now theres an idea! I want them to look more like mutant creatures of chaos than anything else. They'll have to be bloody hard. I want them to double up as chaos chariots after all!

Boar Centaurs are a cool past figure, but Bull Centaurs fit in a lot nicer with how the fluff has progressed.
