Can it use GW pieces?

I'm getting ideas already might enter this one. Good thing I've got some balsawood and a big thing of greenstuff coming my way.

i have ideas for shaker effect and wound counters, but not animosity.  id like not to have to buy a box of orcs/goblins to do my original thought so im gonna have to ponder this one.
