Well bl**dy done. Simple, quick, effective (thus far...). Quite the master of the Xacto knife.
hehe, good job, Xander, your guide could be very helpfull for many people.
hm, i noticed, that i never cut away from my body, allways in the other direction Takes Hat off
This really is awesome stuff, you can't get a better guide for people doing bfsp conversions IMO.

Depending on how this is to be presented when done, you might want to take a clear photo from each side after this first stage to stick on the end (or in a link afterwards).

Btw, you might want to add somewhere that it has commentry, the sound was off on my computer and it was only reading n00bLords post that made me realise and watch it again.  I think you did a great job talking through it as well, very calming tones Happy

I would love to do a video on me sculpting/ converting, but it would be just plain stupid...  More of a comedy sketch.
WOW: Well done!
Very clear and concise, these are great.  I'm looking forward to seeing how Xander makes his mask-moulds.  I had a go at them the other day, but failed miserably Sick.
excellent work Xander.

Its always interesting to see how someone else does theirs.

For instance I use an exacto for most of my GS work.

Once again - well done.
That's really cool Xander, it's so bizarre watching it on video though.
Very nice idea!
It's good to see that someone finally started using video for warhammer tutorials. It's so much better to be able to see exactly what's being done at each stage.
Where do you find all the time for this Xander?

These tutorial's are amazingly helpful Cheers!
I bet you were really hoping that arm you glued the hand wouldn't fall off! Happy

No, a great job all round, the first conversion video(s) I've ever seen.
Maybe this will help people casting greenstuff

Note that taking greenstuff casting should (IMO);
O Not be for profit (i.e selling of these parts directly, or possibly even selling models with said casts on??).
O On a fairly small scale
O Not widely advertised (Happy)
Is that an April Fools joke Xander? Happy
Remember that the UK is (at least) 5 hours ahead of the UK
Really? How bizarre. He he he. Unforunately, I haven't got my BFSP warriors. But, (keeping on topic for this part) I WILL use this guide to some extent whilst making them. Can't enter the competition though.
Xander! Shame on you for double posting! Excellent video however. I guess you're forgiven.
Can't argue with Mr. Xander. it's his 'site after all Big Grin. And glad you got a working version up now!
Thread stickied. Why have we waited so long to do this?
I blame the other "more competent" staff members....

I only just noticed this thread.  Very helpful videos, especially the bit  about making beards.
However, don't let it stop you from trying and welcome to the website! Your black orc idea reminds me of a cool bestigors conversion I saw one. Use gor heads and legs on Chaos Warrior bodies. I think the arms too. Only cutting required is the legs just under the flaps on the thighs (for the CWs) and mid-arm and the legs of the gors.
