Hi, I think the nemesis crown was a crown that was made by alaric the mad, but it was hidden in a secret place because it was too powerfull. And now everybody seem to (almost) know where it is.
There have also been some rumors about nagash taking part in the campaign. If he does, he is probably going to be a special character in the new vc book (will probably come after the high elves armybook).
But thats just what I have heard.
It is very vague right now. The only official thing I have seen is an Ad in the WD that says:

Well, THAT was stupid. You Dwarfen mother obviously didn't bring him up right.
I say we steal the crown bury it in the darkland and tell the skaven about it then when the skaven come runing we can enslave then in the thousands.

I agree with the Orc alliance. I feel they are the army the Chaos Dwarves are most likely to have contact with. The Orcs are one of the main factions in this campaign and are likely to do well, and it couldn't hurt to piggy-back on that success.
i have to disagree with allying with the orcs. If im not mistaken, Girmgor is a Black Orc, and as he is leading the orcs for the Nemisis crown, we wouldn't be very likly to trust him, and thus i say go with our roots: CHAOS!! Of course, as we are at heart an evil army, i could easily see infighting and arguing about a mode of attack, and thus different generals take different sides. I myself wouldn't see an alliance between the Chosen of Hashut and those Green bellied, Snotling snuffing, goblin gobblin, stinking Slaves! they betrayed us once, and they will not have the pleasure of doing so again...

Just be careful. The last thing that we need is them saying "Chaos Dwarves are overpowered, let's change the Earthshaker rules." That would be mean. If that did happen, however, I hope that it would just go down to a 0-1 Rare Choice. I'd rather take 2 though for tournament play...
