For the most part, I can see them pretty much using slaves as beasts of burden. Ogres and Orcs probably for bigger things, such as cannons and supplies and such. Or maybe just lots of goblins.
The only beast I can think of them using, aside from maybe mechanical creations as you suggested, are probably the Ogre rhinox since you know, the Ogre kingdoms are right there.
But I think slaves are number one.
Hm, Rhinoxen sounds good. Of course the Rhinoxen that are used by the Chaos Dwarfs would have no fur (too hot in the Darklands), but blistered and scarred skin, with chains and metal riveted to their bodies so that goods and supplies can be loaded more easily onto them.

i think they would also probably use some kind of oil powered machine, probably i giant walker like a star wars ATAT. it strikes me if regular dwarves use something so dirty and polluting as oil then the chaos dwarfs must do.
and being greedy selfish slave drivers whatever would get the job done cheapest!

Nah, boar centaurs wouldn't do. What link do Chaos Dwarfs have to boars anyway these days? Bulls, OK I get it. But boar centaurs? Seems a bit out of place to me based on the whole bull-centered mythology.
I can imagine mechanized / daemon-possessed über-boars, huge beasts with flaming nostrils and eyes, as beasts of burden though. These would have just the right attitude for Chaos Dwarfs - who would obviously never use something as pathetic as a pony, like the Dawi wimps do.

Thank you Wilmark! The boar centaurs are completely seperate fro bull centaurs. Boar centaurs were created to be the ultimate beast of burden. Thus why a single boar centaur pushes a juggernaut full of chaos dwarfs and artillery on his own.
well considering the dwarfs have invented the railway tracks for their mines, i wouldnt see it unlickly that chaos dwarfs have devised steam engines, they have the means and technoligy

Ogres you'd need to watch carefully so they didn't eat the other slaves. I'd use Ogres over trolls though.
You could just use as many elves/ gobbo/ skaven/ men as it takes, just for fun! Ogres would be more efficient though.
I did some fluff somewhere about 2 slave giants that control the sluice gates going into Zharr Naggrund.
I don't see them using anything bull related for any sort of work. The bull and its image are sacred to the CD, so only for statues or war.

Has anyone considered the possibility that Boar Centaurs are the end result of Western Dwarfs that are captured by Chaos Dwarfs?

Kind of the ultimate insult to their western kindred. And yet another reason why Chaos Dwarfs aren't talked about among Dwarfs. This would seriously be a fate worse than death.
A lot of people seem to want to find a way to include them with current fluff (such as it is). This works as well as anything.
Wasnt there a fluff about a dwarf called Sneakbeard who turn dwarfs into boar centaurs ?
