What do you guys think of this so far?

Those armoured plates are still WIP, I've since gone back and squared off the ends a bit more.
I'll be doing some covering each 'shoulder' and maybe two in the front.

Comments/Advice before I go any farther? I can probably remove most of the GS that is on there, so let me know if there are any issues with anything...
Yeah, I think that works out quite nicely. Proportionally its hard to tell its a mash up.
I agree, looks good so far!
You might want to work on the beard a bit more. It looks a bit like a worm or something because it tapers out at the ends too much. Apart from that its looking good. Its a cool idea as well.
That actually looks really cool, I like the front on perspective of the first photo, looks like a tough foe
he looks pretty cool
The amalgamation looks sound to me. I'd say add another bit of beard between the greenstuff and metal beard. Keep the updates rolling in!
i also think the slayer with the twohanded axe over his head would be cool to
Hi there my friend. I think it's great idea Happy Actually I recently talked about almost the same idea with my finacé... Just using the slayer from Mordheim as well Happy I've got no corrections to your great idea - I do envy you a bit though, since you had this idea before I did Wink I'd like to know how the **** you removed the beard... since my idea was to give them a dread-beard instead Happy

Cheers Merchant Cheers!
looks good so, I think it will look great when painted...
Looks good so far! Do you have any shots from above? I'd like to see the GS work on the back. Are you gonna GS a new beard?

nerd Tongue
so are you going to shiny armmor or rusty armmor.Sharp?
I think the armour will look fine in that paint scheme, but I still think that you need to add a bit of beard between the metal and GS beard.
the beard is looking nice
great job!!!! the tusk are cool
it looks seriosuly cool. i think using the slayer as a base model has given it quite a chaotic look from the outset, and the boar bodies seem to tie in nicely proportion size.

the whole nurgle idea is pretty cool. its not like all chaos worshipping dwarves have to follow hashut!
Nice work, really like the way both models meld together so nicely. The only thing that irks me is that his beard doesn't look like a beard. They look like worms to me. If you can I've made a few beards by twisting thin tubes of greenstuff, looks great but you have to be careful not to mess em up! The armor looks good, and I really like the pose.
In the future you may want to try smaller beard curls, but simply use more of them.

Looks pretty good though. Happy
Lovely work. The only suggestion I'd make for the others would be t repose the boars. I often think the circa 4th edition steeds (Empire horse, boar, wolf, elven steeds etc) look a little too much like there walking. BOAR CENTAURS CHARGE ITNO BATTLE!!!
Nice idea Sharp,he is looking mighty fine  a unit of those will look well cool .Respect to the Hat!
Hmm boars looks like AGPO is getting excited Winklol
