Very successful Xander-style CDs, I like your standard bearer particularly. You can definitely be assured that the sculpting is clean.

Great stuff, nice sculpting and I really like the choice of Standard for the bearer!

Very familiar. I like the choices you have made here.

Very nicely done. Your models are well sculpted. I wish I could do that well.
@ Xander-Dude, you have pretty much set the precedent for the basic sculpture of chaos dwarfs. Most of the armies I have seen on the site, made by the newer people, including my models, will be using your basic CD model.

But it's so nice to see - that you finally brought them to a place where they truelly belong - here at CDO.

Really nice work, my own project is very similar (I.e. stolen from Xander)

Everything looks stellar. Love the hobgoblin. Love it all.
I might try to make the stomach of the hobbo a bit less muscular on his stomach. A bit of a pot belly would be nice. Just smooth our the area under the pectorals with a little flab.
I love the use of the 40k Ork stuff. I should really get a hold of some of that.

Why have I never posted on this thread?
Well any way I really like this stuff Merchant. I hope you don't mind but i'd like to steal your idea for have the chaos dwarf with his weapon resting on his shoulder(I really like that guy). All in all this stuff looks great. Keep up the good work.

From start to finish your progress has been truly inspiring! Seriously, I have no idea how I have missed out on your thread for so long, but now I am here to stay.
I especially love the "slit" helmets on the black orcs, and the giant ammo on the crewman shoulder. Very nice.
Keep up the good work!

Flippin' Fantastic.
I am enjoying this conversion. I think if I were to ever try this conversion I would shorten up the legs somehow. But overall, this is a great look.

I don't. They are imo too tall. Try to shorten their legs somehow maybe.

Time for some group shots of all your conversions so far!
I am really enjoying this blog.

I would say possibly a beard and mayhaps a strap for the mask... Otherwise, it looks pretty cool. Just notsure if it's CDy enough for my personal taste. A beard would help though

Orcs are taller than humans and hobgoblins are as tall as a man, yet they are pot bellied and hunch-backed. Also, Merchant, if we all had the same taste and vision, we'd be bored

Awesome work man!
