How come, you just got a few pages???
Why not search for a real paper version of it 
I for my part - have two. In case one of them get messed up...

Why do you need it? None of the lists except Chaos Dwarfs are legal or up to date. The Vampire Counts have been through two Army Books since Ravening Hordes was published.

my friend plays mostly 6th ed at home (don't know why) and wants me to make a woodelf list in 6th ed.(because my CD still need work)
he playes vampires skaven and chaos in 6th
and he plays dwarfs in 7th
wants me to make a woodelf list in 6th ed
The current Wood Elf army book was released during 6th Edition. There aren't enough differences between 6th and 7th Edition to make that much of a difference anyway, and because all the 6th Edition army books are legal with 7th Edition, you can't divide them up in "6th" and "7th" versions - the new Vampires are just the new Vampires, they're not "7th Edition Vampires".
Also, it sounds to me like your friend is picking and choosing which rules he wants to use. Wood Elves are known to be a bit nasty to play against, which is probably why he wants you to use the crappy Ravening Hordes list, but he's playing a list that's two versions further down the line.
