I'm going to play at lil tournament (Its based on modified border patrol rules - min 2 max 5 units + hero, no model could be worth more than 125 pts, max one rare OR special, max one machine) and I dunno what army list should I take:

I'd take the first one, with 2 modifications and 1 consideration :

General : CD Hero+Gazrak+greatweap = 94pts = the best deal
BC without command = you save 30pts, with the 16 points of the hero you can had 2 BC more^^
In small scale I think bows (orc or hob) are better than BBs.
I would go for the HtH, backed up with some maigc, just because shooting always lets me down

Maybe better to give hobbos standards?

If you don't play with Patrol rules, I mean, if a lost standard gives 100vp to your opponent, don't give them hobs a standard unless you play them very carefully.

Maybe you can take a nakked hobbos unit and a armored hobbos unit. Like this you save 40points and can add 6 hob-bows and splitt them in 2*10 Evil idea
It will let you 10 points for anything you want.

cant take more than 5 units... and standard/quarters/general are worth 50 pts each...

In smaller battles, Bull Centaurs are deadly.

Very nice army, balanced between combat, magic and shooting, with spped and a nice block of infantry
