Ive thought about this alot. I i had infinite amounts of money i would buy bulk loads of the Tenderier, Whirlwind, Juggernaut, Siege Cannon, Every MM90 CD Maruader Blister (more of the Mage's blister and the Crossbowmans Blister), maybe a few rare books, Blisters of the CD Crossbowmen (not the marauder version) and i think thats it. I dont think i would be interested in any other vintage army models.

just a couple of things then 
Vet Sgt Centurius from apocalypse 100 event (when GW opened their 100th store). I love this model, and have had it a few times doing varying standards of paint job/conversion work. I sold my last one on ebay for nearly £60 (about $115 at the time) during my last WH clearout but really wish I hadn't. I would love to do it again as my skills have improved a lot since then, but when he does apear on vulture bay it's not for cheap!

only 13 Dwarfs I havent got so would go back and get them to save me searching endlessly on Ebay, all the Chaos Dwarfs I need and all the Halflings too I'd grab. Theres a Wizard Dwarf sculpted by Aly Morrisson and think theres only 1 in existence, I'd break into GW and get him while I was there too

Why would you go back in time to buy a model thats easily available off of ebay and for a much cheaper price than most chaos dwarfs:

Not being a greedy dwarf I'd only buy one jugger. Thats it. I now have almost every CD fig I need or want. Maybe I'd buy some extras to sell here at non-ridiculous prices.
I'd probably buy shares in GW itself, then go slightly forward in time and sell them during the LoTR boom.
