I realy like the casting, its a great idea.

Come to think of it, imho it would be cool if you added some golden armour to it, nothing fancy, just like a brass bridle or something, and maybe some ankle bracelets. I know some of you smartarses out there would think that if the taurus is basically lava, wouldnt the gold melt? Im just thinking of the aesthetic value of it, and it could have some fancy runes on it or summut

I was also thinking, are you doing a big hat rider? Because i did a concept drawing a few days ago, and i though that it would kinda suit this project if you're are interested in having a look....

I agree with you, the taurus has just enough armour, just enough to make him look fancy

And with the rider, really cool! Although i think the hammer is too big *ducks barrage*, and the main bit of the hat could have some fancy bits on it

As for the beard, i think it should be red, starting with a red at the bottom, slowly progressing to blazing orange at the top

Yes thats what i am going for living lava Taurus,Black with lava flow cracks and gouts of flames ,IMO the new look for a taurus.

With no intention of disminishing all the good work we see in this site, I think you have the best army Ive ever seen. I dont think it could get any better than this. The quality of the conversions, the sculpting, the painting, the updated big hat style, and that incredible overseer. How did you sculpt that scarred face!!!
