Quickly made this on paint:
Front:

Im just using my avatar in place of a different image that we could all decide on using. Maybe there could be different pics on the front, like getting a pic of your own model put on. I dont know if we would be allowed to use the RUne though. I guess we could ask GW for permission. Its not like they are using it.
Something could probably go across one of the sleves. Maybe just a big CDO.

the best idea really would be to et a set of GIF images made and put on the site so we can all download them and use them ourselves to get them made.
GIF would be really bad quality though. It would have to be in jpeg aat least.

Whose got experience in t-shirt design?
I think my Girlfriend may have some kind of experience and i have a friend who could tell me where to go to get one done so i would be up for doing a test.

Is t-shirt design necessary if we are to end up having to create the images in our own printers and ironing them onto our own shirts due to shipping costs?
I think people would rather have the option of a prefessionally done t shirt that will last until they feel stupid wearing it over somethingt that will crumble to bits withn a few months.

Ok so what pics would people actually like on the tshirt? Please post them so i can get an idea of what to buy.
@Wilmark: My gf has an account on there so that might be a possibility.

Why "reinvent the wheel" we should look into this: http://www.cafepress.com
We could probably do it through here...

With cafepress though, you design your tshirt and then it gets put up on the site for other people to buy and the website and the person who designed it get a piece of the money.

@Xander: If im going to get the CDO banner on the back then i think im going to need a much bigger version. DO you think you could get me one and post it?

Willmark, have you not received my payment?
06-20-2008, 03:30 PM
Hmmm, how very strange. I have a receipt for it and everything... It did say it may take some time for the funds to go trhough, but I thought it'd be quicker than this...

Thank you. It came through now because of a typo in your name.

No comment, Sojourn

I shall await the parcel to be missed and a leaflet telling me to go collect it from somewhere, when I was in to receive it anyway, with great eagerness.

Sounds like people assuming that England is like London or that britain is the same thing as England

Thank you kindly, Willmark.

Mine hasn't arrived yet, but that's postal services, eh?
Thanks again Willmark. Much appreciated. Will the second round be the same as the first?

Sorry, Kera. Taken here
Sojourn, that's why my Disciples are better than slaves. They just fireport across
Still, I'm impressed your slaves got it across dry, Willmark. Perfect fit and excellent. Thank you again! (It arrived during the week, but only just got home.)

Well, I'm going to my local on Saturday and therefore, I get to wear it then! Sousonou got to see it though
He said it was pretty damned sweet
Priceless expression.

I wore it into the shop (I knew there'd be a lot of people there because of 40k 5th ed release) and the two elder staff who knew me sort of saw it and recognised it (I'd mentioned it before), but according to Sousonou, the four of them gave it a bit of a "down-the-nose" look. Still, some kids seemed to recognise it, but didn't ask me and I couldn't get to them (I was busy searching the poorly ordered blisters). Still, it looks good! Thanks again, Willamrk!
P.S. Kinght of Awesome, the thread has already been stickied. I tried to sticky it last time I was on and it told me I'd unstickied it, so I restickied it.

I'm a mod, it's my job to be evil
I've mentioned a couple of times that I'm tightening slightly on off-topic posts (yes, I'm trying to cut my addiction to tandems too), but I try to leave in the hopeful few that are helpful
Yours, unfortunately, were unnecessary. Sorry.
Now, this new t-shirt that you are designing: What ideas have you got so far?

Cool. Ya going to have a yellow triangle sign with a black big hat on the front? (Maybe a skull/bull head/lightning bolt symbol in the same yellow on the hat?) Will you include the address?
