Yes the Rune of Hashut would definitely have to be included.

I'd be happy to have such a t-shirt! Since I'm slowly growing out of the one I wore at the previous Games Days (it's getting smaller every year for some reason, the damn thing!) I'm on the lookout for a suitable alternative. Happy

Might this actually be a good idea - to think about a unique logo for CDO?
Copyright could be a problem, I know HOH a few years back tried to sell T-shirts and got in serious trouble for not asking for permission from GW.  It might be worth looking into as we don't want it to become a problem.
Or you could get some of the iron-onto-fabric printer paper and print them yourself.  I've done it before for my daughter's clothes and it worked great (although some of them only lasted a few months, but long enough for her to grow out of them first)

I will certainly have to get a bigger version, yes.  Does your shop specify a DPI, or anything?  Or a desired resolution?  I will obviously want to make it as big as I can, but a size estimate would help.

It doesnt specify a DPI. The only thing that one site im checking out says is that the max file size is 12mb.

Apart from the CDO banner what else should be on it and what font should be used. Also, what text should be put on it?

Ive been talking to a friend and he thinks you can use cafe press without the public being able to buy tshirts of your desing so that might be an option now.

So,an enlarged banner, with http://www.chaos-dwarfs.com underneath, in papyrus since thats my favourite font. What about having CDO under that as well?

And what should we go for on the front? Anything on the shoulders if we are allowed to?
I really cant decide on what to put on the front. Ive got the banner on the back and the rune on the left shoulder. BOth have been enlarged on photoshop so you dont need to worry about it being out of focus hopefully.

What do you all think about writing 'The Real Sons of Darkness' under the banner on the back? Hashut is the father of darkness so it follows that we should be the sons of darkness.

All i need now is some kind of artwork to put on the front, preferably an awesome piece of chaos dwarf art that someone on these forums has done or a very good model with a lava background or soemthing
EPIC IDEA!!! Since Felix is going to be doing a chaos dwarf for his avatars of war series soon why dont we ask him if he could do some concept art for us? Or just some CD artwork in general and ask him if we could use it for a tshirt?
You can get some that are made specifically for black t-shirts
Im still willing to get a test tshirt done. We just need to decide on what to put on it. Ive had an idea that im going to try out as a design but i need to find a scan of the army book front cover first...

Edit: How about this:
Front

Back

And maybe incorporate this somewhere:
@furrie: I wrote chaos dwarfs online because it has the link to the site on the banner so there would be no point in writing it twice

How about this then

Will Game For Slaves in dwarven rune :-)

You wrote the code wrong:

I dont think there would be much point in having anything substantial written in runes since no one would be able to understand it. It would be better if it was written in english.

Im going to continue messing about with things on photoshop and maybe by next friday i will try find a good place to buy tshirts that has a good program to build your own, and then i will order one.

@Furrie: That would take waayyy too much effort.

I dont think we are going to be able to do this without using something from GW but since they arent exactly making any money from chaos dwarfs or using any of the things they made for them i dont see anything wrong with us putting a few pics on a tshirt. What do you think about writing 'The Real Sons of Darkness' (as in CD's are the sons of darkness instead of HoC) somewhere on the tshirt, maybe below the army book pic on the last design i made.

I've actually had 12 of the following printed up:

Sizes are as follows:
5 Large
4 Extra Large
2 Medium (Kera? and Sojourn?)

What company did you use to get these made?

The next run should have this on the front!!

Haha!  If we get Baggronor's permission of course!!!  It would blend in well with the black!  I could even up the contrast a bit, hrm!!!

Have you asked for Baggronor's permission yet as i would like to use this. Maybe we could get him to do some more artwork. If he does some sneaky gitz artwork then we could use the Stick 'em Wiv Arrers quote. "Stick 'em wiv arrers'. Stick 'em with knives 'an swords, and spears. Stick 'em quick and stick 'em where it 'urts. But most of all, stick 'em when they's looking the other way."

T-shirts are something I am interested in doing, but require some further clarification as to who pays for stuff. As long as its non-profit its all good. Happy

I would just like to use it instead of anything GW has drawn up incase anyone makes a big deal out of it. I would pay for the tshirt myself and would not buy anymore to make a profit.

If you can get the necessary permissions, please put this on the next T-Shirt:

Can't the site represent all CD players? They'd be paying you for it after all.
Wow, someone needs to relax a little. Seriously, other than being a chore to read, dissertations on why you're angry have no merit compared to a more lighthearted response.
Alright, I assumed that taking the time over a point-by-point rebuttal over something so trivial indicated annoyance. Forgive me.
Back unto the lava with you!

Im going to make my own tshirt so i dont see why everyone else cant make their own as well. The only problem im having is finding a cheap enough site to do it. I might check out the local printing places as well...

Willmark, what font did you use for the text on the tshirt that you made?
