- CDO title with actual address in smaller font.
- 1 graphic, maybe 2, and definitely not the full CD head
As far as intellectual property... it depends on what is used. GW can bluster all they want but if we are not making money of this. In fact by providing the graphics rather then the actual shirt they would be only extremely poor ground for any potential lawsuit. If there is nothing trademarked on the shirt they are on even shakier ground.
Lastly I highly doubt the rune of Hashut is a trademark. Copywright is a whole 'nother aspect to IP...
We could probably do it through here...
Xander-300 dpi is the best to go with. JPEG should be fine. I'm sure most can accept a PDF as well assuming its created to the right specs.

Don't make me have to go all "Dark Lord of the Sith" on everyone...
*cough* i did 5 ![]()
We could have that on the front, with a picture of just a big hat (no model under it. Self made if need be, to avoid issues.) and the banner with Chaos Dwarfs Online underneath on the back...
Agreed, best to avoid copyright issues altogether and use original work
Thanks
About the runic writing - apart from being completely unreadable for majority of people (including gamers) isn't the runic alphabet also a matter of copyright issue?
Anyway, I agree with Pyro - simple English will be the best choice. Most people can read and understand this language.
That's why there's supposed to be a banner on the back
Also there could be the website's address on the front. For example:
Certified by http://www.chaos-dwarfs.com
Or something similar. Actually I have another idea for a catchy sentence (however there might be a legal problems):
Slaver inside

Sizes are as follows:
5 Large
4 Extra Large
2 Medium (Kera? and Sojourn?)
Cost is something like $7.70. So once I get them I'll post back here for first come first serve. I'm not looking to make a profit, however shipping and handling (i.e. materials) will apply.
Stay tuned. I went with something simple to a) avoid trademark infringement and b) to have something to wear to Gamesday Baltimore in June.
A small local company here in the US to print I did the layout myself, all 5 minutes that it took to do.
Funny you should mention this thing about "new artwork"...

All I can say is... be prepared to be stunned by the kick butt cover Baggronor produced... Roll on end of June for the webzine!
I will give CDO license of reproduction of any artwork I submit as long as it is obviously connected to and used for the furthering of CDO. This means I have the copyright but you guys are free to stick it on any part of the website, banners, make them available to download as free screen savers etc. Thats all fine.
T-shirts are something I am interested in doing, but require some further clarification as to who pays for stuff. As long as its non-profit its all good.

Any considerations for T-shirts need to be run by Baggronor first if his artwork is going to be on it. Its a prudent thing to do as time goes by and more is added to this thread...

Stupid question how large is the large? I can fit medium for some shirts, large for others, while I really would like to support the site with a shirt, I don't want to sport a dress!
