cool conversion, i like the mix of parts which make him not too warhammery. the clasps for the cloaks look good, but i think the hand on the sheild would look better if it was thinner, as it not sticking out from the shield so much.
making characters for rpg's is always fun and a nice break from painting wargaming models.

Great stuff, I really love pieces like this. I wish I had the conviction and inspiration to see mine through. Great base, and the warrior looks good - MORE PAINT!!
I see your playing in the realms. I personally don't like playing with minis in RPGs but I can see the attraction, I'm really interested in seeing how he comes out paintwise...
