hey may I ask where I could get a good guide to taking photos of minis? All of my attempts end up like a little black blob.... and i'm using macro and i've tried using other peoples cameras.
I have updated this with loads of links from my favourites.  I have some somewhere on how to sculpt faces specifically, but that will need some searching.

Casting and Molding tutorials a plenty.
A friend of mine is looking to start sculpting, he has just started and has had not instruction before, what would be a good starter website for me to email to him, I ask for I have no idea about sculpting AT ALL.
He asked me if I knew of any site and I said I would ask here at CDO as it is flooded with talent! Takes Hat off
how had I not seen this post before!? I *really* want to learn NMM! Thanks Grimmy, those links look awesome (if I weren't still at work, I'd try them out now. *sigh*)
i told some of my friends at my local gw (in square one) and they loved it because of them my friend moe won a bronze deamon at this years games day

Hey All I found a great website (and the cheapest one i found) with all the supplies you need to mold and cast what ever.

just go down the page, there is silicon for molding (1:1 silicons and 10:1)
and resins for casting (also has metals for casting in metal Happy )

They have loads of molds available for nearly every type of building. I found this store after purchasing a set of components on ebay and being linked to this page for the assembly instructions.
