So since my hordes of chaos are now illegal thought would actually try and convert a CD army (have a bunch of spare chaos parts, GS and already a BFSP box set).

yeah the weapons aren't really done yet. need to fill in those cracks (suck at pinning weapons together).
Modeling I don't mind and find fun. painting is going be deadly with so many models though

not for awhile. want to have a 1k list converted before I start to paint them up. Though nearly have a 1k force ready. Really just need to tidy up some of my warriors, add tusks to most of my dwarves and 1 more sorc.

Well while waiting for my gobos to arrive tried to do a quick paint job for one of the back rank troops (just to see how colours and stuff look on him). Definitly need to get more of a bronze/gold for the masks (closest I have right now is sunburst yellow

been painting up the heroes. Anyone have any idea what colour I should do his hat? or ideas how to do it. Alas my hope that it will come to me and I can free draw something has failed (for now).

but yeah with the latest changes to chaos I lost like 1/4 of my army and just don't want to do anything with my chaos force till the new book arrives. So yoinked the models from farther Nurgle and now they serve Hashut
I know what you mean, I can't play my demons any more and a full beastmen army will be around 1000 points and the mortal list in the WD isn't intresting enough
Interesting choice of skin colour on the Hobgoblins, it certainly draws the eye. Good work on your army so far, it's good to see someone tackling this army.

been doing some more painting and converting. Now have enough models to field a 2k army
(last zappp guns just came in).
anyways my bull centaurs and nekkid slaves. decided to use snotlings for the nekkid slaves because they are awsome models and the bigger hobos than look much more dangerous (which makes sense since they have real armour/weapons and ride wolves).
for bull centaurs the one with the skill shield is going end up being a BC lord in 2k games
and first unit of blunderbusses are painted. 1 model away from having my 1k army fully painted

next up are my 2 sorcerers.
yeah I agree with the banner BC. just only had 5 tops and 1 bull to work with.
will see if can GS a hat ontop of his helmet somehow and hope it makes him fit a bit better.
