Should we/I make a book with the rules GW made but more pages with fluff and things? What do you think of this idea?

We wouldn't be allowed to publish it in any shape or form, so I'm afraid not. If you wish to collate pices of fluff, please look at the wiki for references. You are welcome to make this for yourself, but the website does not condone production or sale of such an item. Thread closed.
