You know the one I mean, it might not have been a big box office success but then it wouldn't be cultish...

I'll start with mine: Streets of Fire.

Featuring Michael Pare, a very young and hot Dianne Lane, Rick Moranis, Amy Madigan, Bill Paxton and Willem DaFoe amongst others.

Great movie, great soundtrack; can't go wrong with Jim Steinmenn Wagnerian Rock!
I don't know if "Serenity" would be an cult move or not but its one of my favorites if not, then "The gods must be crazy" is the other one... for this answer i had to read the whole wikki page on cult movies... but i learned something...Shock (But its summer)

They Live: "Brother, life's a bitch... and she's back in heat."

Clerks is also a good flick:
"37! My girlfriend's s***ed 37 d***s!"
"In a row!?"
Rocky Horror Picture Show

Not sure if i agree with that TBH

Well what about conan or predator . they have a cult type following .
Don't know because they were successful at the box office.
If all religions are simply successful cults, does that mean Conan and Predator have become religions (see: Jedi)
i think so !!!!!all the guys i ever meet can quoteboth of them it word for word
Withnail & I; side-splittingly funny and at the same time unexpectedly profound and moving. As well as being the most quotable movie of all time, of course. Martin
This is Spinal Tap.

Also, anything off of Mystery Science Theatre 3000 is gold as far as I'm concerned Happy

Dragonslayer: 80s fantasy movie, with some awful aspects to it, but the plot and characterisation is so cool. The main character is a wizard's apprentice, and he's rubbish, gets his ass kicked by the dragon. Saw it when I was about 9 years old, and it made me love dragons. As someone with experience of stop-motion animation, the dragon still has me in goosebumps Happy

Dragnslayer still holds up surprisingly well today. Well done movie.
