Not if they turn to chaos. The realization of the snipping is probably one of the big reasons why marines turn. I wouldn't become sterile for the Emperor. Sex is way too fun and giving it up for a sense of duty and brotherhood is just wrong, especially when there are so many hot scantly clad witch hunters running around. See it is the not the making of babies that you want but rather lots of practice.
But if your plumbing doesn't work does it really matter? I sure that once a girl found out the she would move on to someone of a smaller stature who could satisfy her intimate needs. Maybe that's why the space marines are so angry and fighting all the time. IT would piss me off to be a genetic superhuman with a limp member.
"Wanna see my bolter? It fires huge bullets. " is the next line. Girl in question replies "Sure." with a goofy grin. However, a scoul of dissapointment envelopes her, when the space marine pulls out a rifle.
"You know, you need to get a f**king clue." is the last this the girl says before storming out of Mr. Marine's place.
He falls back onto his couch in disbelief. How could this be? He was told by his chaplain that he was the Emperor's finest. After several minutes of deep thought, Mr space Marine comes to the conclusion that his genetic awesomeness was probably too much for the girl.
