I'm going to lighten the skin tones a bit. I'm going for, color wise, very cool tones. Kind of a contrast to a lot of Chaos Dwarf armies that have a lava look to them. The flock is supposed to look like Volcanic ash, after an eruption.

These were the first guys I did (Blunderbuss) so the Bears were my first attempts that I made. I have since become better with them.

I like the blue! I love seeing different colours. are you going to highlight up more on the blue? maybe the bring the beards down a little with a black drybrushing type thing... so the blue is the undertone?

The blue does look nice.  A watered down wash of Tamiya Clear Blue woud make it pop even more.

I am likely to highlight the blue a little more.

What line is the Tamiya Clear Blue?


Thanks by the way! The cool colors is a very different approach for me, if you look at my Empire (Red and Black), VC (Purples and Blues), and others... I've never really tried this before. So I'm hoping it works well.

Clear Blue is a Tamiya product (it's a kind of ink wash, basically).  Over here they sell it in the model shops (model cars and stuff, not wargaming models).  Not sure where you get it in your neck of the woods but I doubt if it's hard to find.

There is a GW blue colour that would make a good highlight but for the life of me I can't remember what it's called (enchanted blue?)
