I tried not to cheese this list, I have no BT all my ranged units are Death Rockets (i have 4) I have several questions about this list.

1.) Is it fully legal?
2.) can you have 3 groups of BC one of which has a BC Hero in it?
3.) is this cheesed?
4.) Would this be fun for an someone to play against? (would it be fun for a Warriors of Chaos, a Beastmen, Vampire Count army to play agianst?)

1) No
2) That is one of the illegal parts.  Only two Rare units in a 2K army, BC are rare. You must also have at least 5 normal BC in a unit, the hero doesn't count.
3) No, I don't think so.
4) A bit one dimensional, no magic defence, might be a bit boring.
Four death rockets is pointless really, you're better off mixing up with a couple of bolt throwers.

Taking bolt throwers isn't cheesy but taking four DR is just a waste of points. If you limit yourself it's okay. For example, two bolt throwers, an earthshaker and a death rocket.
