I know we can all be tempted sometimes.  You think "What harm could it do, how bad could it be?" and you don't realise the horrifying consequences.  I myself, made the mistake this morning.

I was given a mini Hershey milk chocolate candy bar and I ate it in one bite.  Oh dear god.  I have to live with the terrible repercussions for the next few hours, the vile aftertaste that can't be washed away with any ordinary water.  What the hell is it made from and how can they call it chocolate?  The Hershey's special dark chocolate isn't bad at all, so why is the milk chocolate so terrible?  Surely the only difference is the milk, not some weird chemical that removes all chocolate flavouring and adds something nasty.

So let this be a warning to you all.  Don't even think about trying it unless you at least have something very strong to take away the taste, like a vindaloo or lighter fluid.
I agree with you, and ironically, Hershey Milk Chocolate bars are most common type for making smores! Nasty.

If you are looking for an all chocolate, great tasting Milk Chocolate bar, I would highly recommend the Jerseymilk bar. Really smooth chocolatey goodness!
This is why I stick to Gummy Bears mostly... Wink
you guys are sissy .If you want nasty chocolate take a bite of baker chocolate
now if you want to live on the wild side get hersey cholcolate syrup eather out of the can or the squeeze bottle. do a shot of that !!then we\'ll talk
:O

Cornixt, send me your chocolates bars, I will eat them for you! I'm a chocoholic; used to make chocolates growing up as a business I would run at Christmas time. yummy. the best part was the 50lb slab of Belgium milk I'd use... constantly have to check for quality, etc. Tongue

the worst chocolate is the Allan's easter bunnies. that's vile. I love Galaxy bars, but alas, they are not available in Canada Angry so I had my buddy bring back an enormous bar when he visited England! Happy

Cadbury is the greatest !

lol I was just about to say that! Cadbury Milk Chocolate is awesome.

I love Hershey chocolate bars... <3

One of my favourite chocolates is the Tesco dark chocolate.  It tastes better than anything by Green&Black or Lindt but is less than half the price.  Europeans don't realise how lucky they are with such good chocolate being the norm, when the US has such crappy stuff.  The US Cadbury's is even made with a different recipe to the British stuff! Might explain why British girls are much more likely to have chocolate as comfort food.

I once accidentally bought some unsweetened cooking chocolate to make chocolate-covered marshmallows.  It tasted so dry, it was like it sucked all the moisture out of my mouth with every bite.

By this point I was sure cornixt was here to announce unwanted parenthood.

I love dark chocolate, the less sugar the better.

WOW what about the cadbury chocolate cover gooey easter egg !!
now that a challenge
Sojourn: chocoholics are whimps. Foodholics are where it's at Wink

Best chocoloate I can recall is perhaps the One Stop own brand chocolate...

The less sugar the better, did somebody say? *has heart attack* Sugar FTW!

Kera: only a shot of chocolate sauce? Try a bottle and half before growing bored... Easy.

I think I've just found out who is most likely in this thread to become diabetic, he he he.
well i see H. B.we enjoy some of the same stuff !!!!!!
well i had drank a bottle once but not at one sitting
Why not? Big Grin We certainly do, Kera. We certainly do! *runs off to chocolate cake coated chocolate coated cake*
Hey i see your still wearing wallacer cake!! haha
Best dark chocolate I've found is Sainsbury's own, it's dirt cheap as well.

@Sojourn: If you're a chocoholic and you ever spend a week in England go to Cadbury World near Birmingham, the amount of chocolate you are given there in a shockingly short amount of time is quite impressive.  They even give you freshly made liquid milk chocolate both in a pot and covering some fudge.  Every time I've been eaten so much that I've got so sick of the taste I've bought other sweets to wash it out my mouth; and still had loads left for later.
*Sojourn finds Hashut's Blessing sitting on the floor, cake around mouth* Foodaholics get more practice. Besides, cake solves everything.

Zarkov, I didn't realise they gave ya free chocolate as ya go round. brilliant. Time to make a company go bust!
Hershey's is the worst 'chocolate' I've ever tasted. Even Lidl and Tesco make better chocolate that them, much better chocolate infact.
What!!!!! hershey is good and a fun place to go and GET FREE CANDY BARS at there factory in PA.
Ha ha, Godbob, send it over and I'll deal with it Wink

Or really old.

I hate hersheys.

And Cadbury in Aus is pretty good. The US stuff and Uk stuff taste a bit weird...

To anyone is Aus - have you tried Max Brenner? That stuff is the best I have ever had.
