I don't think they've ever been out of production.

GW has announced new BB blisters (I would assume the CDs would get 2 Dwarfs and 2 Hobs per), but I've yet to see them on their site or anywhere else.

EDIT: oops, there they are. Only half the teams have gotten them so far, though, and CDs aren't one of them.

It was reported a while back on some of the more well known Bloodbowl sites that GW decided to start producing blister packs again, which includes the chaos dwarf team.

They have always been available.  Hthark is still there too

As others have said blood bowl teams have never gone off sale. Blister packs disappeared for a while and are making a slow return. Sadly CDs have yet to make  proper retur but Hthark the Unstoppable is now the only bull centaur model available

well at least we still live!!!!!! And Gw hasn't wipe us out  yet

I suspect that the main reason that BCs and blunderbusses were available for long after most of the rest of the CD army had disappeared was because they were also used as Blood Bowl models.

cornixt, H'thark never disappeared. I think the CD blisters disappeared (other than our star player), but all of the box sets remained.
