also i tried to add to the wiki but it didnt work :p just thought big hats should be represtented in the warrior conversions page but i had absolutely no idea how to do it.

I like the "slave trade" idea. I've seen similar ideas on other forums. The Ogre Stronghold has Gnoblars for instance. I've put the idea to Master Bugman at Bugman's Brewery where Im a Mod. Giving credit to this site of course. As "slaves" doesn't quite fit, I suggested ales or pints. It is a brewery after-all. Anyone who has spent any time at the Brewery will be familiar with shouts of "Put it on Daft's tab!" or "Put it on Lord Firmshaft's tab!" ,etc,etc. If we actually implement the idea(up to Bugman, not me), we can actually(kind of....) buy a friend a pint at the Brewery.
I've also put this site in my signature there. Im hoping to bring some new worshippers for Hashut to this great forum!

There were official rules for the Juggernaut. Out of the top of my head they were printed in the Warhammer Siege 1st edition...
Hmm, could I be getting that old. I'll have a rumage through my old books. It might have been in a Citadel Journal, the first run, not the second.

EDIT: Ok, don't want to double post so I'll just edit this one!
I looked through my first edition Warhammer Siege book and indeed found nothing on the Juggernaut itself. However what you could do back in those days was combine a siege tower with a warmachine. A bolt thrower could be on the top platform but cannons and the like had to be mounted in the first floor.
Thus effectively the rules for the Juggernaut were a combination of the mentioned stuff above.
P.s; Quite fun reading back in those old books, quite some mentions about Chaos Dwarfs I hadn't remembered anymore!
