two rockets mostly because I don't have so many bolt throwers, but still I'd at least one of them.

It's pretty small but it can work but you might want to have a big unit of BB's as with any army that is horded or cavaly wil just rip through you army.You could also lose the death rocket's and make a unit of 20 warriors with CMD.

The list is tournie friendly enough. Lots of war machines and the like. However, you won't live long once the enemy hits your lines. I've been on the end of a Bretonnia Lance enough times to know that enough a fully tooled Warrior unit can only do so much.

For starters, I'd recommend bumping up the size of the BB units. A few casulites and they'll be nearly worthless.

Pray you don't get into combat! Not much going on there for you.

Hobbos with BSB can resist almost everything, and then I have a good counterattack - taurus and centaurs.
I don't like big BB units, they cost a lot of points and don't do anything much better. And, of course, I don't have points for them.
