Yup. Heros can take 50pts of Magic Items, with Lords taking 100pts.
Not a big BB fan, eh? Fair enough. Lets see if we can make a decent enough list without them. First thing is first - Hobgoblin Fast Cav have to be take in units of ten minimum. It sucks but that's RH for you. I would personally advice against giving the BSB the Gauntlets. They seem great but just watch them earn lots of Combat Res for your fore. Take the points from them and use ten points for a Musician on the Wolfboyz. As for the other ten ... maybe another Black Orc?
I would normally say no Great Weapons for the CD Warriors, unless you are very good at making Heavy Armour saves. The Warriors need their shield. But seeing as your list lacks any other real punch, I'd say try them with the GW. Keep 'em if they work. If not, drop them and use the points for some type of big, dirty cannon.
i see, well the wolf riders will now be in a unit of ten, i think i will swap the gauntlets for a sword of might, the reason i have taken great axes is so that if i charge i have something heavy to hit with instead of just a hero. but if i am charged this means i can elect to use my shield and thus limit casualties.

here i am again...
consider HA and enchanted shield for your general... same 2+ save... 72 points...
i'd drop the GWs on at least one of your CD units... probably both... CD warriors are always on the recieving end of charges...
ye gods! drop the bows on the wolf boyz... give them LA and shields... 4+ save fast cav... pocket the extra 10...
points saved could get you a unit of BBs a good next step in the pursuit of a 2K...
or a unit of orc boyz with shields... new choppas are gold...
I'm unclear as to why your general has heavy armour and armour of the furnace. Are you worried about magic items that destroy magical armour?
Even then, he couldn't have both suits of armour. You may only have one suit of armour, magical or otherwise as a normal person can only wear one.

I don't realy rate Blorcs, you already haver heavy infantry why get some more expencive ones, I'd drop them for some BB's and with the other points saved an earthshaker
