Yes i do. I also use chestnut ink on the gold and brown ink on the red armour. Thats why im so raging at the inks being discountinued.

So would i. 7 Isnt any good. Ill be posting a pic of a purple colour scheme experiment on a blunderbuss later tonight so look out for that.

This is just a small experiment with a purple colour scheme.

I will probably do a series of different colour schemes so i will improve on this later on. I was going to try and get warlock purple to blend into liche purple on the hat but it didnt work out well and i didnt really know what i was doing so i made it all warlock purple. Next i will try blue, green, maybe yellow and black just because i said it wouldnt work.

@Kera: Its bestial brown over a scorced brown undercoat. Thats how all the brown on my models are done.

I didnt have time yesterday but it will have the same base as all my other models so that it fits in with the army in at least one way.

I just won 40 plastic CD Warriors of ebay to add to my army. I think thats 65 now. Awesome. 3 units of 20?

I've allready thought about a new colour scheme. Im thinking about puting red in the next one? And i will get rid of some on the brown.

Minor setback:

I have just realised how many models i need to strip. At least 40 plastic cd's, the lammasu and rider, maybe a few blunderbuss and about 10 metal cd's. So im quite depressed now as i cant find anything to strip plastics with. But on the bright side i have worked out that i will have a 4000 point army when im done!!! Woooo!! Watch out wallacer. You're not going to be the only one with that medal.

I know its not much considering how long cdo was down (5 weeks?) but im pleased with how my hero/general on foot turned out. Obviously i still have the base and banners to do but i think its complete apart from those things. I have been working on the hellcannon for a while but i couldnt help glueing together what ive done so far just ot see what its going to look like. It never went together as well as my first one did but the paint job is nicer. Then there is the Psychohobbit. I have both of the models that came in this Limited Edition set but this one fits in with a chaos dwarf army better. Its wither going to be a slave master in a hobgoblin unit or an armoured sneaky git.

Do you think i should include the second one in my cd army? If so, what should i use it as? I doubt a hobbit could be a slave master but it does look that part and it is a psychohobbit.

@Willmark: Im not sure what ill do with its base yet. It has a massive tag so right now it has to be on one of the large bases but all my other hobgoblins are on the small square bases.

There are two crossbowmen in just to fill up the ranks but they will be in their own unit of 10 in the end.

No that is going to be sold to clam, along with four more from that auction and another two are going to be traded with him for two crossbowmen.

Im keeping the Crossbowman, the Marauder in the top right corner and this guy, Radblast the Reaver:
The only reason i won the auction is because me and clam agreed to split it. He is buying five of the seven that are left and trading two for crossbowmen. I dont mind doing this because, compared to the MM90 series, the citadel models are fairly poor models and i dont like them that much.

BTW, If anyone wants to buy radblast the reaver then let me know.

I guess either of them could be a shadow mancer to be honest but i thought the purple with the blue instead of just the blue was more shadowmancerish.

Ive seen scottishrockets new auctions and im planning on bidding on some marauders. I think i will leave the crossbowmen as i already have all that i want. Thanks anyway

Wow thats a rip off. BUt i guess its not as bad as that canadian guy that charges £20 postage on everything.

Damn i missed his auctions on the marauders that i wanted. They went for about £10 each though so i wouldnt of been able to get them anyway.

Finished another marauder! After i finish about 2 more im going to start basing the models in the last few pics that never had their bases done. Since i have practically all the MM90 set, inc. the crossbowman which i thought i would never get, i have decided that i might as well collect the whole set as i only need about 5 more and most of them are on ebay, apart from the kind of oriental looking one with the round hat and big butcher type knife.

Im trying to get a hold of loads of shields at the moment. I might start a thread in the market place actually.

Yeah im not very happy with the boots of this guy. I might use a darker colour as there is a bit too much bestial brown on it at the moment.

The sword was really bent though so that might be why i got it so cheap - £3.61.

I doubt you will need to worry about me bidding on any cd's anytime soon. I have more than enough to keep me occupied. Plus i cant afford to buy anything else so i really should find a job.

Ive been painting quite a lot recently, more than i have painted in a long time, and i finished up the crossbowmen unit today so now all i have to do is finish the bases on 3 of them and that unit is finally finished. Im trying to power through a few cd warriors at the moment but im getting distracted by a night goblin regiment that i just bought. Im also working on finishing off another hero and im thinking of repainting my astragoth model becuase his colour scheme doesnt fit with my army any more.

Shadowmancer is now finished and i have my last mage coming in the mail after waiting for months for it to get sent out. I dont know what i will base its base on yet.
