Yeah! He'd look freaking sweet painted up like the rest of your stuff.

I told you it would be sweet painted and it really is! As said before, I think the blue, which doesn't normally work on CD complements the model nicely.

Coming from someone who hates painting red (cause I can never get it to look right), I love the richness of their red armour. Mind telling me how you did that?

Personally I don't like the mardauder, The purple dosen't go with the red, aleast thats what I think..... besides that I think he looks good and your bighat models seem to be moving along nicely! :

I think it has worked quite well. However, I'm thinking there MIGHT be a WEE bit too much purple. Not sure if red would work with it, but either the hat or scales should be a slightly different colour. I'd say probably use a darker purple on the hat, maybe.

Pardon the excess of exclamation marks, but that is perhaps the best deal of the cnetury, all things considered. Well done, Pyro. As for a metalmancer, you could try having girders forming (steel plates flying into constrcution) and half molten metal objects forming...

Try adding the stereotypical skeleton raising from his base. If you can switch which base he is on, have some body parts sliding together and upwards (to look as though they are forming a zombie). Also, you could try to paint ghostly faces onto his pauldrons and things. Might help. Everything looks really good!

How many points are painted up?

Urm, I haven't checked I believe it has to be a legal army. However, your total comes to: BBs=180, 3 sorcerers, fully tooled=450, warriors (no idea how many are done, but if we assume 10 [since it's the minimum], even though I bet you've got more) w/GWs & FC= 140. That totals: 720 points. Without knowing how many warriors you have etc, that's the best ya can get Still, I'm sure you've painted more.

If we take your total, ignoring rules: lord on taurus= 395 max, 15BBs w/o cmnd= 180, warriors as above= 140, 3 sorcerers= 450-975max, 2 heroes= 240-455max, astragoth (count as sorcerer lord)= 325max. This totals: 1,730-2,470max points. Might be time to get some core done, then ya can get a lovely shiny medal
