How are you trying to do it? Most people just use the "[IMG]" tags and the url of the hosted image to display pictures.

Whyyyyyyy...???

Gah.

Anyway, upload your pictures to photobucket then link from there.

I Loved my mac, it's probably the best PC I've ever had, it's just the software is too hard to come by and it's overpriced.

I ended up selling it to my mum, now I have an All singing & dancing PC.  Miss my mac, and the amount of times I hit Ctrl & L'Click is untrue!!!

And how many PCs have you had? Tongue

About 12, and that doesn't include laptops! My mac was the 800MHz G4 iMac that looked kind of like an upturned lampshade! I only really bought it because no one else had one that I knew, and it was quirky and different (sound familiar?).  It was great but as I said before, the mac wasn't really supported over here so software was hard to come by, and there was no version of AutoCAD which I need for work so I had to get rid.  And a Mac is a PC IMO, I'm not a fanatic! Sick

God I hated those adverts. The problem is that any kind of basic "Mac vs. PC" debate like the ones presented there falls down when you consider that virtually everyone either owns a PC or has at least used one. So having "PC" act really boring and treat the PC like some lumbering dinosaur that can't do anything fun does sort of fly in the face of all the millions of people watching who have PCs and use them for fun stuff. It just made no sense.

I don't think I have ever seen a mac advert on TV.

I realize this is a gaming forum, so most people here will prefer their PCs, which is fine

I don't think you need a PC to play Warhammer...

The majority of people I know play both, in my travels I've ran into hardly anyone that plays Warhammer but not PC games. I'm stereotyping, so sue me or something. Wink

Only if you count mah jong and solitaire!  purely a console gamer.

I'll see your on line chess and raise you party poker! Happy
someone asked why i own a mac - i am a visual effects graduate from bournemouth film school in the uk. visual effects is the art of keying blue screen and creating CGI. Apples Shake ( has won the oscar for best visual effects 7 years running) is only available on Macs and i use Final Cut Pro Studio quite a bit like vodevil

the first ever mac advert was from the 80s directed by ridley scott and it was so groundbreaking that it changed advertising forever if you havent seen it i suggest you check it out its fun!
ps vodevil what do you exactly are you an editor?

anyway heres some pics of projects i am working on - the helm army will be up for sale at the end of the month and will consist of
1 sorceror
1 champion
x20 warriors w/ hand weapons
x20 warriors w/ great weapons
x20 blunderbusses
x20 black orcs
oglah khans wolfboys
earthshaker (hellcannon)

will come to around 1500 points.
all well painted and based with movement trays

heres some of the WIP

Hmm... okay, to me at least, the GS work looks a tad thick in parts, what are you using to sculpt, if you are using a GW sculpting tool I would reccomend you use something else, as they arn't very good IMHO, two tools that I find work really well for sculpting are:
-A good old fashionned hobby knife, I use the GW one for this, but thats only because the other blade I have is one of those industrial ones like Xander uses on his videos to shave details off of models, I use the GW one to cut scale mail, put curly bits in the beards etc, and that works fine for those.
-The second tool I use is less commonly used, but works a treat on small detail and best of all, is absolutely free Happy, just take any old blister pack you have, and cut out a rectangle of the plastic from the front, the edge of this plastic shape can be used to make tiny lines in GS, perfect for traditional beards, making patterns etc (also, if you take some clay, flattern it out and use the plastic to cut a pattern into it, you can press some GS over it, and it comes away with the pattern you pressed in, quite handy for large models with large areas of little detail Happy)
Hope this helps and look forward to seeing more! Takes Hat off

GW doesn't take too kindy to fan-works sadly, look what happened to Damnatus... Angry

Where do people get these Chaos Warrior heads? I mean, they're like $9 for 8 heads of BWBits.

You get plenty of spares from a warrior box Wink.

a warrior box comes with about 22 heads and only 10 warriors so you get about 10 spare. ive been buying cheap bits on ebay too so far my heads/helmets collection stands at 80 chaos warriors helmets
just make it for games workshop then let them own the rights to it maybe try and get some funding . go to them with a ten minute pilot , show off some scenes of CGI and say look this is what we can do let us run with it . the black library is popular enough why on earth wouldnt they want their own films produced . ?

what is damnatus?

A fan-made 40K movie. I don't know much about it except that they obtained permission from someone in GW legal to do it (but not in writing) and then, when they attempted to distribute it, they were told they no longer could. A little unfair on them, but I can understand GW's position - they have the right to maintain control over their own IP.

The crew had also invested over £10,000 and god-knows how much time into the project, surely if you can have Turkish Star Wars then you hould be allowed to have Damnatus... Unsure

Thommy H Wrote:
Remember that copyright laws are often difficult to enforce overseas - particularly as Star Wars is made by an American company, and Turkey is pretty far away from the States. Damnatus was made by Brits, wasn't it? Not too hard to shut down something like that when it's in your own country.

I thought it was made by Germans, since thats the language everyone speaks in the trailer...
