It's probably "true 25mm" so I'm not sure how big it actually is, but it's really got a nice look to it...

It's from a range called "Ghost Miniatures" - that holds some well known samurai dwarfs and highlander dwarfs. I've seen it a few times in the past - but think it a pretty unknown item.

Yes, that's the one... and I think I may have fixed the link.

Definately a perfect alternative for the Juggernaut. Its a decent price as well. Ill be looking out for it on ebay.
